Near Kiev there are the ruins of the once majestic Palace

In the border villages of Nemeshaevo and Hurivshchyna in the Kiev region is the mansion Osten-sacken, which still attracts tourists.
 
The history of the estate Osten-sacken starts in the 19th century. At that time its owner was privy councillor count Carl Saken. After his death the land and went to the estate of the Chamberlain Ivan von der Osten-Saken, and then it all passed to his son major-General Carl von der Osten-Saken.
 
Estate Osten-sacken (or Nemchausky Palace) was later sold to the Russian Imperial Minister of war, count Vorontsov-Dashkova. Old-timers recalled that in the early 20th century Vorontsov-Dashkov built near Mariaca plant. Subsequently, the count decided to sell their land and the estate because they did not bring any profit.
 
At the auction, where the mansion Osten-sacken and the surrounding villages went under the hammer, bought the Central part of the estate of rich peasant Andrey Kulik, a figure which is literally covered with legends.
 
In Nemchausky the Palace lies the old Park. Behind him flowed a river of Chance. Across the river was spanned by a wooden hanging bridge. On the opposite Bank stood a greenhouse, which was a fruit orchard.
 
Estate Osten-sacken was surrounded by a beautiful Park, where there was a gazebo in the shape of fish. In Soviet times, County estate took in the village Nemeshaevo. Indoors noble manor is the club of biochemical plant. Once Nemchausky Palace burned to the ground. Burned and dozens of old things that were in the room from the time of Vorontsov-Dashkov.
 
Unfortunately, every year the estate Osten-sacken is destroyed more and more. Now the estate passed into the possession of the Church, which intends to restore the building, but so far it only plans.
