The Group We Are!! formed in April 2010 in the city of Kharkov in Ukraine.

In 2011, the band released their debut Studio album called "The Bright Side!" The sound producer of the album becomes a British sound engineer Andy Thomson known in Ukraine work with a group Coldcut.
