Abromavicius engaged in the development of tourism in Ukraine

The Minister wants to make Ukraine more attractive for tourists. The Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine aivaras abromavicius was appointed Secretary of the Committee, hotel business and tourism American chamber of Commerce Alexey Evchenko and President of the Association "Tourism of Odessa" Ivan Liptougou advisers of tourism, reported the press service of the Ministry of economic development. "The Minister Abromavicius held meetings with candidates for the position to personally pick the person who will make Ukraine more attractive for tourists. Following the meeting, the Minister chose two counselors — Alexey Evchenko and Ivan Liptougou, well known to practitioners of the tourism industry", — stated in the message. The press service noted that the main task of the new advisors will develop and implement a new vision of the Ukrainian tourism industry. It is reported that advisers will work in the Ministry on a voluntary basis. As UNIAN reported earlier, the Ministry of economic development and trade on March 10, formed a Commission, which reviewed 30 candidates for the post of adviser to the Minister for tourism. Under the terms of the contest to fill the vacancy, candidates will present to the Commission a draft of the tourism industry, which will be submitted to public discussion. In December of last year the Cabinet of Ministers has dismissed Deputy Minister of economic development and trade representative Valery Pyatnitsky. In February were dismissed Deputy Minister Roman Kachur and Igor Veremiy. New deputies were appointed Ruslan Korzh and Maxim Nefedov.
