In the capital will host the international festival of traditional cultures "ethnomir"

From 15 to 17 may in Europe Day in "Mystetskyi Arsenal" will be held the international festival of traditional cultures "ethnomir", in which will be presented a special platform "Enoura".

 

About it reports a site of the Arsenal.

 

"200 artists from Ukraine and the world will present their craft and traditional techniques, opening the secrets of creating true art handmade masterpieces. Among the guests of the festival the representatives of such countries as: France, Greece, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkey and other countries", - stated in the message.

 

The project aims to create a platform for cultural exchange, a deeper knowledge of other cultures and cultural integration in world space. .

 

Visitors of the Art Arsenal are waiting for: a fair of traditional crafts, exhibitions and unique collections of ceramics, an exhibition of ancient Ukrainian musical instruments and special music program from Kyiv Kobzar shop, a children's space (traditional games, entertainment, workshops, traditional cuisine from different parts of the world and aromatic Cossack Kulesh.

 

As well as performances by folk groups, master-classes on traditional dances of the Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus, Lithuania, fair literature on culture and traditions, showing movies about lost and living traditions, the people, way of life and crafts of different countries.
