Foreign tourists can visit Kiev

Foreign tourists in the Kiev nothing threatens. Such opinion was expressed on the eve of the Ambassador Latvia in Ukraine Агрита Даудзе during his TV interview Latvia.

Агрита Даудзе has told, that the capital of the Ukraine except for its main streets and squares, lives a normal life. In Kiev there are all museums and shopping centres, restaurants and shops. Rail and air service operates without any failures.

The representative of the foreign Ministry of Latvia Karlis Эхенбаумс, commenting on the situation in Ukraine, advised his compatriots when visiting Kiev be careful in the area of Khreshchatyk and the surrounding streets, where sporadically occur clashes between opposition supporters and law enforcement units. He recalled that, at the moment the foreign Ministry of Latvia are not warned their citizens to avoid visiting Kyiv.
