Over half of the women who goes on vacation, travelers appreciate friendly gatherings, while men prefer active entertainment
This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by AARP Travel. The research report is published on the website of the organization.
Attractions travelers ready to visit five percent of men and 11 percent women. Go shopping on vacation intend three percent of women, while none of the respondents-men did not Express such desire. The gastronomic part of the trip is important for 11 per cent of men and three percent of women.
Among the entertainments in the journey leading hikes for cafes and restaurants — was 85 per cent of men and 93 percent women. On the second place at men were sports (37 percent), and women — sunbathing by the pool (34 per cent).
After returning from vacation, men seek to conceal their communication with the opposite sex during the trip, "stories from the bars" and the amount of alcohol drunk. In turn women intentionally don't talk about amounts spent and the details of conversations with friends.
In the survey participated 1227 people aged 45 years and older.
