Kyiv topped the rating of most popular among Russians cities in the CIS

Kiev 2013 topped the rating of  most popular among Russian tourists CIS cities, the study found online reservation Oktogo.ru. The rating is made on the basis of data on booking Russians hotels in CIS countries. In the first three most popular cities were also included Minsk and Kiev. Then go Chisinau, Alma-ATA, Baku, Kiev, Astana, Yerevan and Tashkent. Ukraine Russians made 70% of all trips in the CIS, Belarus - 20%, Kazakhstan - 3%, Moldova - 2%, other countries - 1% and less. In 2013 the Russians traveled to CIS countries on average for three days, and paid for the accommodation of about 3.4 thousand rubles a day. Compared with last year, these figures have remained almost unchanged, while the number of trips to cities in the CIS increased by more than two times, the study shows.
Ukraine Russian tourists, who organize your vacation came in 2013 average four days and paid for housing around 3.1 thousand roubles a day. CIS capitals longest trips took place in Yerevan on six days, and the shortest in Minsk (on two days). The most expensive city in the CIS for the expenses of Russians on the accommodation was of Astana, and the most budget - Chisinau. In the capital of Kazakhstan Russians pay for the hotel stay in average of 6.3 thousand rubles a day, and in the Moldovan capital - 2.7 thousand roubles per day.
