From the beginning of the year, around the Park, but rather land on which it is located, turned a serious conflict. In 2007 the city Council was transferred to Ukrinvestmash plot 0,5512 hectares in the lease to create a Park and sold 0,2549 hectares under construction. In the result attributable to Ukrinvestmash land was resold many times, until its owner was not the company green Plaza. The investors planned to build on the site of the square eight-story boutique hotel with a total area of 10 000 square meters with restaurant and Parking. But the building was never built.

 

The city Council has terminated the land lease agreement with Ukrinvestcom almost immediately after the revolution of Dignity and on this site was created by Square hundreds of Heaven. From Kiev Eugene Kuleba was the initiator of creation of the Park. On that vacant lot, where it had previously planned to build a house, planted trees, put lights and benches. The Kiev Prosecutor's office intends to terminate the contract of sale, lawsuits were filed in the courts. The Supreme court returned the case to the court of first instance. April 26 earth under the square was arrested. On 10 may, the court started consideration of the case about return of the land underneath the square of Heavenly hundreds, in fact.
