Season in Crimea may be disrupted because of the high prices of airline tickets from regions

Subsidies for flights to Crimea from the regions will be allocated from the Federal budget 679 million rubles, according to the Association of tour operators of Russia (ATOR) with reference to the draft.

New variant of the document is published on a Single portal for information on development of the Federal bodies of Executive power projects of normative legal acts and their public discussion. This new variant of the draft rules of subsidizing flights from Russia in Simferopol has some differences from the one that was posted on the website of the Federal air transport Agency previously.

First, list of Russian cities, which will be subsidized flights were added Perm. Thus, now the geography of flights to Simferopol are 16 cities, excluding Moscow and St. Petersburg. Of the two largest Russian cities tickets will not be subsidized.

The fare for the ticket from Perm in Simferopol one way is 2,8 thousand rbl. More likely, still, will cost flights from Irkutsk - 6,8 thousand rubles cheaper than all of the Samara (2 thousand rubles).

The second change relates to the date of the execution of subsidized flights. Earlier it was planned that they will fly from 1 June to 31 October. In the new document, the terms move on 15 June.

"Tour operators believe that it's too late onset and too later than the end of the season in the Crimea", - said ATOR.

When the deadlines from airlines for the implementation of subsidized transportation, on the contrary, have moved forward. If in the past you had to catch up to 15 may, now the deadline is may 1.

Estimated ATOR, the amount of 679 million rubles to subsidize will allow to provide the lowest rates of about 200 thousand one-way ticket. Thus, in summer in the Crimea will be able budget to fly 100 thousand Russians. This assessment tour operators, to achieve the Russian authorities goals in 6 million tourists this year it is necessary to subsidize transportation of at least 1.7 million tourists.

Russian authorities have repeatedly emphasized that in 2014, Russian tourist flow in the Crimea should be about 6 million people. It is so much took region when their belonging to Ukraine. Most tourists come here from this country, and organized by the Russian thread was about 1.5 million people.

"Part of the flow is planned to be achieved at the expense of the employees of budgetary organizations, as well as large companies that expense will send employees to rest in Crimea. Another part of the flow must come to the Crimea because of low prices," says ATOR.

The Association also notes that so far it announced an additional non-subsidized flights from the regions. All offer air flights from Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Samara and others - with a connection in Moscow. The ticket prices from June 12-14 thousand rubles up to 21 thousand rubles

"Thus, in June the cost of weekly rest on resorts of Crimea for tourists from these cities will be approximately 30-50 thousand rubles per person.
