Foreigners intending to visit the Crimea and Sevastopol, must obtain a Russian visa in diplomatic missions of Russia, informs the foreign Ministry website on Monday.

"In connection with the reunification of the Crimea and city of Sevastopol with the Russian Federation a foreign citizen to visit the territory of Crimea is necessary to obtain a Russian visa in one of the diplomatic missions or consular institutions of the Russian Federation", - is spoken in the message of the foreign Ministry.

However, it reported that the issues of foreign nationals on the territory of Crimea, and arrived there in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine in the country without a visa solve the representation of MFA of Russia in Simferopol.

Earlier it became known that Russia undertook the financial system of the Crimea and Sevastopol. The state Duma adopted the draft law on the functioning of the financial system of the Crimea and Sevastopol in the transition period.
