Panoramic Restaurant Matisse has the honour to invite all those who appreciate the combination of style, comfort and modern European cuisine. Matisse is located on the 15th floor of the hotel CityHotel in the centre of Kiev, in a place where nothing will disturb you to enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere and first-class cuisine. We offer a new kind of service, which is known in Europe and America as a Community Chef. Namely the Community Chef considers every visitor not as a regular client of the restaurant, but as well as the guest, and tries to satisfy all guest’s desires. The function of CCKitchen executes Elena Mishchenko, who held professional training in Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena.
Today we offer to our guests

• - Two halls. The hall with the panoramic windows in the laconic style, decorated in beige colors and cozy VIP-hall. At the height of the 15th floor you will be protected from the sounds of the street.
• - Open kitchen. You can observe how the real professionals work. By your request will be cooked: dishes of French and Italian cuisine, traditional dishes of Ukrainian and Russian cuisine.
• - Wine cellar. We offer our guests a collection of vintage champagne, fine wine and a decent selection of hard liquors.
• - First-class service. The restaurant staff appears next to guests only in those cases when it is necessary.

We offer
Type of the service Community Chef obliges us to offer the widest service. People come to us both to rest from the bustle of the big city for a cup of coffee/tea, and to have a business meeting in a relaxed atmosphere, or to celebrate the anniversary. If briefly, then:

• - We are open from 7 am to midnight.
• - On the weekdays we are open from 7 am to 10 pm and on the weekends from 8 am to 11 pm, we offer breakfast in a buffet style. After 10 pm (11 pm on the weekend) we serve the guests on the individual orders.
• - We offer the organization of the banquets, buffet tables and all kinds of celebrations.
