«Hotline» of the Ministry of resorts and tourism Crimea will continue its work. With its help the residents and guests of the Peninsula will be able to apply the Spa Department on issues of functioning of tourist infrastructure in the autonomy, the Resort information centre.
As have informed in the Ministry of resorts and tourism of Crimea, the number of " hot line» currently specified.
As previously reported Resort-information center for 2013 the Ministry of resorts and tourism of the ARC has received 1358 appeals. The main issues raised in the complaints concerned the availability of the beaches, the provision of services in beach areas, their pollution, unauthorized trading, charging for Parking. In addition, had been complaints resorts, travel agencies and tour Desk, as well as on cases of cruel treatment with animals.
