Balaklava court issued a decision on the demolition of illegal structures in the tract Batiliman at Sevastopol. It is reported by the press service of the Prosecutor of the occupation authorities in Sevastopol, reports Radio Liberty.
 
"The Prosecutor's office conducted a review of the legality of the construction works on capital construction object "Reconstruction of the recreation center "Cape" in the tract Batiliman. It is established that during the reconstruction of the specified object two capital facilities constructed by the developer in violation of Art. 49, 51 of the town planning code of the Russian Federation without permits and outside the designated recreation areas", - informs the press-service.
 
The court granted petition for demolition of unauthorized buildings.
 
Recall that in 2013, on the southern coast of the Crimea on the site of the main building of the recreation center was a large-scale construction of the private estate of the ex-President Viktor Yanukovych and his inner circle.
