Rescuers took two ice fishermen who drifted along the Dnieper river

On Saturday, January 17 at 17:15 in the rescue Service “101”, it was reported that on the Dnieper river near the village of Sukirno under the Cherkassy two fishermen needed help.

 

As it became known, in the area of the recreation center “Energetik”, tore off the ice, on which were two men. The fishermen were not able to reach the shore. The swift current carried displaced grafwallner almost 2 km from the shore.

 

Immediately after the message on the scene left the branch diving rescue squad of special purpose Control SSES. Using hovercrafts “Pegasus” rescuers took fishermen with ice and taken ashore. The dead and injured in the incident was not.

 

SSES in Cherkasy oblast informs - from the beginning, in the water Area registered 2 accidents 3 people saved.
